We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please review the return policies below and contact us with any questions.
- Receipts/invoices are required for all returns and exchanges.
- You may return or exchange books or non-book items in original condition for a full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 30 days. Non-Book items must also include all original tags and/or packaging.
- Items not eligible for return or exchange include any food item (candy, tea, etc.) and items from our surprise book boxes.
- Merchandise purchased between November 14 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged until January 10. Holiday items, such as ornaments, may be exchanged or returned for store credit until December 24. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for calendars or other dated items. Receipts are required and product must be in original condition, including packaging and tags.
- For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. We recommend you return your items using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Special order items that are not usually carried and have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned.
- If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact us within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
